MC, way cooler. arbiter is a fuck-tard. lol
No No...The Arbiter kicks ass. He is disgraced, sent on a suicide mission, lives through that, and ultimately frees his people from the Hierarchs and becomes an honored warrior and leader. Besides, he is cooler because his strength comes naturally, not from genetic manipulation and some toy suit. I like the MC, but the Arbiter is way cooler.

They are two totally different characters! I like them both, but I prefer MC's new kickass suit.....:D

jeff is right about the arbiter but he is wrong about Master Chief. Master Chief mastered all the weapons and can still walk while wearing the mark 6 and the mark 6 weighs almost 1000 pounds. So i think the Master Chief would win.

arbiter because hes just plan out cool
they both KICK ASS. arbiter killed tarturus and the prophet of truth and helped the MC alot but the chief saved the galaxy 3 times and mark 6 armor .it be close but it be the Master Chief but arbiter is still really cool
